Return Policy

 If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within 15 days of the order’s delivery date.

The return shipment is FREE.

Please note, we don’t exchange size/color.

There is no possibility of return and refund of customized products.

Return Instructions

To request a return write an email to: info@ahlam-equestrian.com

Ahlam will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RMA) with the instructions for the return shipment. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of the order’s delivery date.

Return Terms & Conditions 

  • Returns must be shipped within 15 days of the order’s delivery date.
  • The return shipment is FREE.
  • The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
  • Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order.
  • Returns must be packaged in the original box or another type of suitable packaging, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape.
  • Accepted returns:
    • Defective merchandise: Ahlam reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or merchandise before authorizing a return.
    • Wrong size
    • Received incorrect product
    • Don’t like the product
  • Ahlam reserves the right not to accept returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the client will be contacted by our customer care and will have to send a courier to collect the parcel.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 20 working days from the receipt of the return in our logistics.

For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 72 hours and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.

Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.

In case of Bank Wire Transfer client must communicate the IBAN code, eventually the BIC code and the name of the account holder. In the event of a refund due to a change of mind, any additional costs shall be borne by the Customer. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

There is no possibility of return and refund of customized products.
